Key guidance

01

Open Settings and choose one of the payout methods currently available for your account.

02

For an eligible short stay, release starts about 24 hours after the scheduled check-in time. The hourly payout job means it may begin roughly 24–25 hours after check-in; provider processing can take longer.

03

The host payout is the accommodation amount after the platform commission, applicable management fees, and recorded adjustments. Review the booking breakdown instead of estimating from the guest total.

04

Pending means queued, processing means sent to a provider, and succeeded, settled, or automatic means paid or handled by the legacy Connect flow. Failed needs retry or investigation; manual required means NextKey must resolve the provider or setup issue.

05

Long-stay earnings are split into monthly installments. The first installment follows the same post-check-in release rule; later installments are scheduled every 30 days only after the previous payout is successfully initiated.

06

Use Host Bookings and your payout history to match each payout to its booking. If a payout is failed or marked manual required, keep the booking reference and contact NextKey support; never ask a guest to pay the payout separately.
