About this topic

Choose, book, check in, and review a stay with clarity.

Key guidance

01

Choose a dated session and package, review inclusions, age rules, food credit or meals, capacity, time, and hotel terms, then reserve for at least one adult. The checkout hold lasts 15 minutes.

02

Payment is confirmed only by the provider and booking status. Open My Day-pass Tickets for the QR and 12-character reference; a redirect alone does not confirm payment.

03

At the hotel, present the QR or reference. Staff record the number admitted. Included food credit is shared by the booking, expires at session end, and is not cash; meal packages allow one meal per admitted visitor.

04

An unused pass can be cancelled before the session starts and enters refund review. Day-pass refunds and hotel remittance are manual in this release: recording a completed refund does not itself transfer money.

05

If payment completed but no ticket appears, keep the payment reference and contact NextKey instead of paying again. If a session is cancelled, full, or already finished when late payment arrives, the booking requires refund review and cannot admit visitors.
